When the Tridea team first set out to start this company, we had many more things in mind outside of just designing. We wanted to be close to our clients. We want our clients to be as much apart of projects as we are……because we’re a team.
Towards the end of projects, things can get so hectic that it’s easy to forget to thank a client for bringing forth their business. Well, we’ve been tossing ideas around lately about going that extra mile to say thank you to our clients. We haven’t had any groundbreaking ideas, but we also feel that our clients deserve a more formal thank you.
Why invest this extra time and possible money? Well, we care about every single person that decides to work with us, and we want to make sure our clients know that. We built Tridea not only because we love designing, but we want to build relationships and further help out in the success of other businesses. We get much joy out of helping a business grow. On top of that, we want to extend our extra thanks for clients trusting in Tridea to do a great job for them.
You can’t put a price on showing a client you really care about them and their business. And going that extra mile to say thank you speaks volumes.

Important point. Also just as important is remembering to thank the people who refer business your way - since referrals are generally so invaluable. I like to send wine etc from this site:
